The Blackwood Community Recreation Association Inc. is run by a volunteer Board of Management.
The Board is made up of representatives from the Lions & Rotary Clubs of Blackwood and Centre users.
The Board meets on a monthly basis throughout the year.
Members of the Board are appointed for 2 year terms with half the Board up for re-election each year.
The AGM is held in April each year. Nominations are now open for a position on the Board of Management.

The Board is responsible for Governing the organisation by establishing broad policies, by-laws and objectives, ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources, approval of the annual budgets and generally attending to all matters affecting the responsibilities and welfare of the Association.
