A fantastic total body workout. With a combination of body weight,  free weights and gym equipment. This class is great for all fitness levels.

Combo class is a one hour class that provides a combination of cardiovascular work & strength training. it is a moderate to high intensity total body workout utilizing an assortment of techniques & equipment.

Pilates

A conditioning class that focuses on strengthening & stabilising key areas of the body, particularly the ‘core’ & pelvic floor. It also aims to improve overall muscle tone & endurance, flexibility & posture.

Zumba GOLD

Zumba Gold is an easy to follow class inspired by Latin dancing. The class is a great introduction to Zumba and Ideal for beginners.
