I have been about 8 years in the fitness industry. Have my Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness. I am a qualified S4L instructor as well as having certificates for boxing, Better Balance, Chi Ball Gentle Moves. Have been working for The Rec Fitness Studio since June, 2007, supervising the gym and running S4L Classes as well as Freestyle classes including Combo, Boxing and Strength and Tone.

Thanks for the use of your facility. The party room and adjoining kitchen are both convenient and functional. It made for an enjoyable time! and the roller skating option is great for kid's Birthday's. I'll definitely be recommending it!
