A hybrid program bridging recreational and competitive gymnastics!

Our Inspire Program is the next step up from our GymFun and GymSkills programs which offers further development of gymnastics skills while still remaining in a fun, non competitive environment.

Inspire is our bridging program between recreational and competitive gymnastics. In smaller classes athletes will develop the strength, flexibility, and coordination required to complete increasingly harder skills. These classes offer structured than our other recreational programs to enable this development and progression. 

Inspire works through four stages to progress athletes in their gymnastics journey. Athletes start in Stage 1, learning all the necessary skills and routines for our in house Display Days. These Display Days serve as an opportunity for athletes to showcase their skills and give them exposure to performing in front of an audience. Athletes that show competent and confident performances and skills will upgrade to the next stage. There are two Display Days per year to give all athletes an opportunity to show off their hard work!

The Inspire Program is a great stepping stone to our competitive WAG and Trampoline Gymnastics programs.
