Functional Fitness for 50+
The Strength for Life program is unique in that you get all the benefits of a tailored exercise plan with the fun of a group fitness class. As a part of your assessment our instructor will talk to you about your goals and create you an individual, personalised exercise program specific to your needs.
A typical class starts with a fun and energising group warm up. Next you spend 30 to 40 minutes on your individual program with the instructor touching base with all clients to give corrects, extensions, feedback and support. We finish all together with a cool down and a series of stretches, leaving you feeling clam and relaxed as you head into your day!
We recommend that attending Strength for Life two to three times per week for optimal benefit.
