Our Parkour program offers a fun, high-energy way for participants to build strength, agility and confidence through movement. Using safe, progressive training methods, participants learn how to run, jump, climb and vault over obstacles while developing coordination, problem-solving skills and body awareness. nation and strength in a safe and encouraging environment.

These classes are proudly delivered in partnership with Parkour SA, South Australia’s leading parkour organisation. Known for their strong safety focus and commitment to inclusive, their qualified instructors provide high-quality parkour training for all skill levels.

We cater for a range of age groups, with classes available for children aged 7-10 years, and 11-14 years, ensuring age-appropriate coaching and progression.
