Fitness Classes

We try to offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels. These classes are a great addition to anyone's fitness routine. If your getting a bit bored of your current workout classes can add a new spin on exercising and pushing you to you physical best. 

Classes are free to members or $15 for a class. 

Studio Classes Program


Strength & Tone

A fantastic total body workout. With a combination of body weight,  free weights and gym equipment. This class is great for all fitness levels.

Monday: 9:00 am

Wednesday: 10:00 am

Thursday: 6:00 pm


Combo

Combo class is a one hour class that provides a combination of cardiovascular work & strength training. it is a moderate to high intensity total body workout utilizing an assortment of techniques & equipment.  Saturday: 10:00 am


General fitness

A class for mature aged participants with a moderate fitness level. ideal as a compliment to other fitness activities.

Tuesday: 9:00 am

Thursday: 9:00 am


Pilates

A conditioning class that focuses on strengthening & stabilising key areas of the body, particularly the 'core' & pelvic floor. It also aims to improve overall muscle tone & endurance, flexibility & posture.
