Junior Sports Clinics
Basketball & Netball Want to learn the basic skills needed to play basketball or netball?
Are you a Junior Primary student?
Come along on Fridays at 4pm (Basketball) or 5pm (Netball) and join the Fun
COST:-$20 registration fee (receive free basketball and drink bottle) or $10 registration for Netball (receive free drink bottle) PLUS $5 attendance fee each week
Boxercise & Spin Classes
Join "The Rec" Fitness Studio and take advantage of our new classes.
Boxercise classes are held on Mondays & Tuesdays at 6 - 6.45pm
Spin Classes are on Wed at 6pm & 7pm
Kids' Fitness @ "The Rec" Suitable for 8 - 12 yr olds Fun, interactive and exciting 4.00 - 4.45pm Register your interest now to join this new and innovative program
4+ Sportz
Basic skills coaching for pre-schoolers
Have lots of fun & learn the basic skills in a range of sports including:- Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Cricket, Netball
Wednesday @ 9.30am (during school terms)
The Rec Fitness Studio 'The Rec' is a fully equipped fitness studio which is supervised at all times by our qualified fitness leaders.
Open from 6.30am to 8.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 2pm Saturday and 10am - 12 noon on Sunday. Express circuits will soon be available for those with limited time so enquire now.
Special sessions for "Schoolies" (Yrs 8 -12) are held after school each weekday at a cost or only $50/term.
