Fitness for 3-4 year olds
The Rec Centre is starting an exciting new class for 3 and 4 year olds. This class will be the perfect introduction to the 4 yr Old gymnastic class which Kylee teaches on a Monday morning. During KinderKids the gymnastic techniques explored in Kindergym will be further developed with parental assistance. There will still be elements of the original Kindergym, however, a stronger focus will be made on improving coordination and building muscle strength. In a fun safe environment your child will begin to learn a diverse range of gymnastic skills with your help.

INSTRUCTOR
The class will be lead by AJ Rabbetts who has a background in competitive gymnastics and primary school teaching. AJ has just commenced her Kindergym Coaching Course and is extremely excited to be taking this new class.
