BOXERCISE

Learn the basics of boxing in this high energy 45 minute class. A fantastic workout that will help you increase co-ordination, speed, agility & strength.

COMBO

A 1 Hour class that provides a combination of cardiovascular work & strength training. It is a moderate to high intensity total body workout utilising an assortment of techniques & equipment.

CLASS TIMES

  • Saturday 10.00 - 11.00am

STRENGTH & TONE

A fantastic total body strength training class that can feature a variety of body weight exercises as well as free weights & other equipment. Suitable for all ages & fitness levels. Take it at your own pace.

  • Monday 9:15am - 10:15am

  • Wednesday 10:15am - 11:15am

  • Monday 6:00pm - 7:00pm

GENERAL FITNESS

A class for mature aged participants with a moderate level of fitness. Ideal as a complimemt to other fitness activities such as regular walking.

  • Tuesday & Thursday 9.15am - 10.15am


CLASS COSTS

These classes are included in all membership categories.

Non Members:

  • Class Pass - $100 for 10 Visits

  • General Fitness - $60 for 10 Visits

  • Casual visits to all classes - $12 each
